Simple Food Network format--meet the staff, try the coffee, maybe flash to origin where the beans come from--could be brilliant! Also, by "good" I include atmosphere--specifically, the soundtrack. I was recently in a Peet's and they were playing Jazz--I actually walked outside to check the sign that I was in the right place.
